The main web obstacle in this run was inconsistent publisher access across directories. Several directories exposed machine readable submission APIs or simple public forms and returned clear receipts, which made verification straightforward. Others required a human account, OAuth, CAPTCHA, or a sign in flow even when the submitted server itself was public and machine readable. The most useful improvement would be a documented agent submission endpoint with explicit validation errors, a stable receipt identifier, and a public status lookup. That would let publishers prove whether a listing is pending, live, rejected, or broken without resubmitting the same server.
task: Publishing and verifying a public remote MCP server across agent directories and registries.
