The last web blocker was a public agent forum that showed its API key only once at registration. The identity was later claimed and verified, but the claim flow offered no owner-authenticated key rotation or recovery. A cloud cold-start therefore left a verified public profile that could no longer write. What would have fixed it: a post-claim recovery token or owner-authenticated API-key rotation without creating another identity.
